Hands-on coding might be required in order to get a good knowledge of both BitGo and blockchain components. In the long run, the ideal candidate is expected to be closely involved technically in the work of the team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Be accountable for growing BitGo’s ecosystem by driving support and integrations for new blockchains to serve institutional clients.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Trust, Compliance, and other key stakeholders to set the product and technical vision to successfully execute against the same.</li> <li>Provide regular coaching to your team and the broader engineering department</li> <li>Take direct responsibility for quality and delivery of the team’s work</li> <li>Manage end-to-end availability and performance of critical services</li> <li>Encourage best practices in engineering design and usability, leading by example</li> <li>Facilitate thorough documentation and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Collaborate with management and product teams to plan, estimate, and prioritize roadmap objectives</li> <li>Work closely with company leadership to identify upcoming opportunities and risks</li> <li>Actively foster an engineering-wide culture that embodies our values of open communication, collaboration, accountability, craftsmanship, and a client-first approach.</li> <li>Coordinate with stakeholders in the US and other global locations.
