Let’s go!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><h4><strong>Your mission</strong></h4> <p>As an HR Operations Intern, you will serve as a key support layer across the end-to-end employee lifecycle in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment. Sitting at the heart of our People team, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage internal employee support requests, and maintain high data accuracy in Workday. This 12-month internship offers hands-on operational ownership and a direct learning trajectory designed to prepare you for a full-time People<strong> </strong>Operations career.</p> <p><strong><em>Interviews for this position kick off in November 2026 for a 12-month, full-time role, starting on January 1, 2027.</em></strong></p> <h4><strong>What you'll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Support the employee lifecycle:</strong> Draft HR documentation and handle daily administrative tasks across every stage of the employee journey.</li> <li><strong>Maintain data excellence:</strong> Maintain, update, and audit employee records in Workday with absolute accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li><strong>Deliver exceptional service:</strong> Resolve first-line employee inquiries via our Jira ticketing system, meeting team SLAs with empathy and efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Drive process i
