(NYSE: SQ), a global technology company with a focus on financial services.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Tidal is a small, nimble design team building at the intersection of music, technology, and culture—shipping across uploads, streaming, AI-powered creative tools, and financial services that connect artists directly with their audiences in 60+ countries.&nbsp;We're looking for a Creative Director to help set the vision and quality bar across Tidal's product and brand ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational creative voice on a small team where your work will have outsized impact—shaping not just pixels but the future of how artists build careers. You'll drive complex initiatives from concept to ship, influence cross-functional strategy, and directly elevate the craft of everyone around you.</p> <p>This is an individual contributor role. You'll lead project teams and set the creative standard.</p> <p><strong>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Originate brand platforms and campaign-level ideas, and own them from concept through 360 activation</li> <li>Reposition, reshape the brand and bring a tapped in culture and keep the platform coherent across brand and product surfaces</li> <li>Hold the idea intact from first cut to final placement</li> <li>Shape the brief alongside an embedded creative-strategy team</li> <li>Design and when needed direct designers, writers, and production partners on the work</li> <li>Work with marketing, product, and partnerships leadership to get campaigns made</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>A portfolio of work you led as a creative director: brand platforms, repositionings, campaigns, activations</li> <li>An art direction background and the visual judgment to lead the idea in any medium</li> <li>A track record setting creative vision and quality standards for a brand, while staying hands-on with the work</li> <li>Credibility with cross-functional leadership as a peer</li> <li>A history of catching cultur
