Bring yours to Block.</p> <h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <p>This role owns end-to-end subsidiary governance reporting across Block's 11 regulated entities — managing cadence, coordinating with entity-level compliance leads, synthesizing cross-entity intelligence, and delivering Board-ready governance reporting. You'll operate as a named IC with published scope, decision-making authority over how you execute, and direct accountability for reporting quality. <br><br></p> <h4><strong>You Will</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the subsidiary reporting cycle across 11 regulated entities — from cadence design through final delivery</li> <li>Coordinate with MLROs and entity-level compliance leads to gather, validate, and synthesize reporting inputs on a recurring schedule</li> <li>Compose cross-entity narratives that surface patterns, risks, and themes for leadership consumption</li> <li>Deliver Board-quality governance reporting (ARC and subsidiary co
