It is an intelligence function.</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>At Block, the Executive Operations team amplifies the impact of executives and their teams by keeping priorities clear, decisions moving, and information flowing across the organization. We are looking for a highly trusted, strategic Executive Business Partner&nbsp; that carries responsibility beyond a single executive partnership.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this role, you will operate as a strategic partner, helping shape operating rhythms, manage complex priorities, improve workflows, and create leverage across teams.
