Bring yours to Block.</p> <h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <p>We’re looking for a People Analyst to help senior People leaders make better, faster decisions through data and clear storytelling. You’ll turn ambiguous questions into analyses, scalable reporting, and actionable recommendations.</p> <p>Using analytics tools, data systems, and AI, you’ll build dashboards and insight products covering workforce trends, organizational health, employee experience, talent outcomes, and People Team effectiveness.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines analytical judgment, curiosity, and a strong understanding of how People teams operate.</p> <h4><strong>You Will</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner with senior People leaders to clarify priorities and deliver data-backed insights.</li> <li>Build analyses, dashboards, and reports on workforce trends, talent outcomes, and organizational health.</li> <li>Use AI to accelerate reporting, automate repeatable analyses, and scale insights.</li> <li>Translate ambiguous requests into structured analyses and practical recommendations.</li> <li>Create executive-ready materials that explain findings, implications, and actions.</li> <li>Consult across People functions, including HRBPs, Talent, Compensation, Operations, DEI, Learning, and Employee Experience.</li> <li>Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and self-service access to insights.</li> <li>Partner with data and systems teams to ensure accurate, reliable reporting.</li> <li>Proactively identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>You Have</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in management consulting or client management.</li> <li>Understanding of HR operations, talent processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle data, and organizational structures.</li> <li>Ability to advise senior stakeholders and turn ambiguous ques
