No matter the location, we tailor our experience to ensure our employees are creative, productive, and happy.</p> <h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <p>The Go-To-Market Strategic Finance team partners with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data to shape how we invest in growth. As Senior Finance Manager, Commerce Go-to-Market, you will partner with the Global Head of Revenue for Cash App, Afterpay, and Clearpay. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment analysis for the organization.&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>You Will</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary finance partner to Commerce go-to-market leaders, supporting day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.</li> <li>Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and ongoing performance management across revenue, gross profit, headcount, operating expenses, and key commercial metrics.</li> <li>Build driver-based forecasts that connect pipeline, conversion, sales capacity, productivity, pricing, product adoption, transaction activity, and retention to financial outcomes.</li> <li>Evaluate investments across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, channels, and customer segments using business cases, scenario analysis, and return-on-investment frameworks.</li> <li>Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for senior leaders and company planning processes.</li> <li>Lead and develop finance team members while remaining directly involved in the team’s highest-impact analyses and deliverables.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>You Have</strong></h4> <ul> <li>8+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, sales
