About the Role

Bybit is evolving from a leading crypto exchange into a next-generation global financial platform — integrating trading, payments, wealth management, and institutional solutions into a unified ecosystem.

As we scale across products, markets, and regulatory environments, product becomes the core driver of user experience, growth, and monetization.

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and lead Bybit’s global product vision — combining product innovation, growth strategy, and AI-driven transformation to build a scalable, intelligent financial platform.

This role reports directly to the Founder and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s long-term direction.

What You Will Own

Own the end-to-end global product strategy across all business lines, including trading (spot, derivatives), payments, card, earn, wealth, institutional products etc.

Build and drive a cohesive product ecosystem, ensuring strong integration across all product verticals into a unified user experience

Own and scale the growth product function, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across global markets

Design and implement product-led growth strategies, leveraging data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization

Drive AI adoption across products and int
