About the Role

Bybit is seeking an experienced compliance leader to establish and lead its Global Compliance Operations function.

This role focuses on building the operational infrastructure that supports Bybit's regulatory licences across multiple jurisdictions. Rather than providing legal advice or interpreting regulations, the team ensures regulatory commitments are translated into practical operating procedures, governance frameworks, and sustainable business processes.

Working closely with Licensing, Legal, Product and the regional business teams, you will ensure every licensed entity launches with the appropriate operational controls and continues to meet its ongoing regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational implementation of regulatory licences across all licensed entities, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory commitments are fully embedded into business operations prior to go-live.

Develop and maintain compliance operational frameworks, including SOPs, governance processes, control frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.

Standardise compliance operational documentation, templates and implementation methodologies across jurisdictions.
