About the role

This role, based in Vienna (on site), Austria, is crucial in supporting our executive operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration. You will work closely with our Senior Executive Assistant and provide direct assistance to our Co-CEO.

Your efforts will help streamline executive workflows, allowing the leadership team to focus on driving the company's strategic goals. You will be hands-on with daily logistics, meeting preparations, and cross-departmental communication, offering an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Executive Assistant with daily administrative, operational, and logistical tasks.

Assist the Co-CEO with meeting management and follow-ups, and coordinating complex travel arrangements and events.

Help prepare, format, and organize materials, presentations, and documentation for board and leadership meetings.

Process expense reports and assist with basic internal recordkeeping and documentation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and data on behalf of the executive team.

Assist in tracking project timelines and ensuring follow-ups on action items from executive meetings.

Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring effective and profession
