Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, including real-time risk controls, limit management, risk monitoring, and internal risk platforms.

Build reliable and scalable distributed systems with a strong focus on correctness, availability, concurrency, and fault recovery.

Develop and maintain real-time data processing pipelines and risk-related data infrastructure.

Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, integration, production rollout, and troubleshooting.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and project delivery.

Participate in system design reviews, code reviews, production incident investigation, and continuous reliability improvements.

Requirements

3+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Go, C++, or Java. Go is the primary development language for this role, and candidates with strong C++ or Java backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, databases, and concurrent programming.

Experience designing and building high-concurrency and distributed backend systems.
