About the Role

We are looking for an experienced User Reach & Lifecycle professional with a strong background in the crypto industry, exceptional data-driven thinking, and proven leadership capabilities.

This is a leadership pipeline position. The successful candidate will initially take ownership of key business initiatives, with the opportunity to progressively assume team leadership responsibilities based on performance and demonstrated capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of crypto user behavior, trading products, and market dynamics, with the ability to drive the evolution of user engagement toward data-driven personalization, intelligent recommendations, and automated reach.

Key Responsibilities

User Lifecycle Management

Develop systematic lifecycle engagement strategies covering registration, KYC, first deposit/trade, activation, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.

Segment users based on behavioral data, trading activity, asset holdings, and product preferences to deliver targeted engagement strategies.

Optimize lifecycle conversion funnels to improve trading activity, retention, reactivation, and long-term user value.

Personalization & Intelligent Recommendations

Design personalized engagement strategies and recommendation logic based on user b
