As an intern, you'll align with one or more critical projects that support our number one operating priority: top talent in every seat. You'll flex program design, project management, and analytical skills while contributing to work that unlocks employees' ability to have a major impact at Coinbase.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support program design by actively contributing to brainstorms, working sessions, and development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables</li> <li>Partner with Talent Density team members and cross-functional People Team partners to execute program logistics end-to-end</li> <li>Gather and analyze feedback from various sources to assess program effectiveness and contribute actionable recommendations for future iterations</li> <li>Build and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to ensure scalability and clear communication across stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience managing a project from initial concept to completion, including setting timelines and tracking deliverables</li> <li>Analytical and problem-solving capability with a data-driven approach to decision-making</li> <li>Organizational skills sufficient to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment without close oversight</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborat
