You'll own the operating rhythm for the People leadership team and lead critical initiatives from conception through execution, proactively resolving problems before they reach the CHRO.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the CHRO's operating cadence by managing weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, setting clear agendas, driving decisions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.</li> <li>Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and engagements on behalf of the CHRO, acting as her stand-in when needed in key meetings and decisions.</li> <li>Develop compelling content and narratives including meeting decks, org-wide emails, social media posts, and speaking engagement materials that amplify the CHRO's voice.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, synthesizing ambiguity into clear recommendations for executive decision-making.</li> <li>Represent the CHRO's interests and point of view across the organization, ensuring alignment and advancing People team priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience, including management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a chief of staff capacity supporting senior executives.</li> <li>Proven ability to synthesize ambiguous, complex topics into clear executive-ready recommendations, narratives, and commun
