This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Internal Communications and will serve as a strategic communications partner to Executive/senior leaders ensuring best-in-class internal communications in an AI-native company.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own complex communications plans, from strategy and planning through execution and analysis.</li> <li>Advise leaders and partners bringing a deep understanding of the company mission, strategy and culture as well as the needs and dynamics of the team(s) you support.</li> <li>Support and execute team-wide and company-wide events (i.e. drafting presentations and talking points, advising on event flow and structure, preparing speakers, etc.).</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities and build systems, including AI-enabled tools and workflows,&nbsp; that uplevel and scale internal communications across a globally distributed, remote workforce.</li> <li>Measure communications effectiveness using data, feedback, and experimentation to drive continuous improvements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Internal and External Communications teammates and cross-functional partners to support proactive and reactive communications and coordinate internal issues and change management.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media/journalism, product marketing, or another writing-intensive role.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a cons
