This team sits at the center of company-wide resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term financial planning. You'll partner directly with multiple C-level executives and their leadership teams to shape how Coinbase deploys capital and scales its operations, while leading and developing a team of finance professionals.</p> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>What you'll do:</div> <ul> <li>Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas, serving as the primary finance partner to 3+ C-level executives and their leadership teams on resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term planning.</li> <li>Drive the vision for how Finance partners with the business by identifying and implementing new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvements.</li> <li>Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, setting clear performance expectations and building a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance leadership to align on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and strategic priorities.</li> <li>Shape company-wide investment decisions by building financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases that inform executive decision-making.</li> <li>Execute regular financial reporting and variance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior
