As Performance Marketing Manager, Global, you'll own our performance marketing program, managing hundreds of millions in ad spend across paid social and mobile channels to drive new user acquisition at or above ROI targets.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end global strategy and execution across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit) and mobile user acquisition (mobile display) to hit aggressive new user acquisition and efficiency targets.</li> <li>Drive a rigorous testing and learning agenda across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and app store/landing experiences; translate results into scaled playbooks for global markets.</li> <li>Partner with Data Science and Analytics to design experiments, incrementality tests, and mobile measurement frameworks (MMM, SKAN, MMP-based) that connect paid social and mobile UA performance to downstream business outcomes.</li> <li>Lead platform relationships with ad platforms and mobile measurement partners, aligning on betas, measurement approaches, and joint growth plans to unlock new capabilities.</li> <li>Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting for paid social and mobile UA spend, with clear visibility by geo, product, and channel; proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Creative, Data Scienc
