This team defines the strategy, systems, and processes that keep our hiring engine running with the highest quality, and this role sits at the center of that work.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, building the frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes that drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase</li> <li>Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, managing detailed project plans, stakeholder alignment, and delivery timelines for concurrent initiatives</li> <li>Build scalable interviewer enablement programs that strengthen how hiring teams evaluate candidates, including scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices</li> <li>Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs, owning stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking to ensure frameworks land consistently across teams</li> <li>Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs, using data to validate assessment effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on evaluation criteria</li> <li>Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions, establishing a framework for experimentation and continuous improvement</li> </
