Your expertise in aligning technical capabilities with market demands, coupled with your experience in scaling products and teams, will be instrumental in achieving Fireblocks’ strategic goals. In this role you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery across domains.</p> <h4>Responsibilities </h4> <ul> <li>Drive product development from conception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and legal</li> <li>Oversee and guide the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact</li> <li>Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind</li> <li>Champion a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with regulatory compliance and risk management</li> <li>Deliver detailed product requirement
