About The Role

We are looking for a customer-obsessed and hands-on experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our AI and agent products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build AI infra and application products/systems to support both.

You will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through effective use of push notifications—balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements

Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces

Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams

Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility
