The Growth Partnerships Lead drives growth and customer acquisition by building and optimizing Phantom's global affiliate program from zero to one. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners who can effectively promote Phantom products to their audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES - Program management: Develop and implement strategies to build the inaugural affiliate program and drive new funded wallets and traders on Phantom. - Partner recruitment: Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners, including content creators, influencers, KOLs, and financial publishers. - Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier affiliates, offering support, guidance, and incentives to maximize their performance. - Performance analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, ROI, and revenue. Use these insights to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. - Content collaboration: Work with affiliates to create high-impact promotional content, such as reviews, guides, and tutorials, that effectively communicates Phantoms value proposit
