As a Business Development Director, you'll play a dual role driving individual partnership deals while providing critical operational support to senior leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain innovation—leading your own partnerships with financial institutions and enterprises while also building the infrastructure that enables our global business development team to scale and succeed.</p> <p>If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the development and execution of RippleX's Capital Markets strategy, setting priorities that impact the overall team and business objectives while positioning XRPL as a leading blockchain for institutional capital markets applications</li> <li>Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investment banks, investment firms, financial market infrastructure providers and other capital markets institutions to drive adoption of blockchain solutions</li> <li>Identify and pursue new business development opportunities at the intersection of traditional capital markets and blockchain technology, extending the XRPL ecosystem into institutional finance</li> <li>Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements with senior executives at major financial institutions, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation to closure</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams at Ripple to develop use
