You will assume a vital, strategic role in establishing the technical vision and framework for Ripple’s marketing technology platform. Through creating dynamic, high-performing, and globally scalable experiences, you will directly boost our go-to-market efforts and support our internal teams.</p> <p>This role is perfect for an AI-forward engineering leader who thrives where technology, growth marketing, and data converge. Operating at a Staff/Lead level, you will partner closely with Growth, Marketing Operations, and Data teams to invent scalable solutions. These solutions will allow fast experimentation, increase user acquisition, and gather actionable analytics. You will lead by example through hands-on coding, system development, and cross-functional leadership.
