You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design high-impact programs that engage target accounts, accelerate the sales cycle, and build Ripple Treasury's presence in key markets.</p> <p>This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring creativity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering results. You'll own your regional budget to host intimate executive experiences, manage our presence at industry events, execute targeted campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth, and design creative engagement strategies that break through the noise with high-value prospects.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Field Marketing Strategy and Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a North American regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals</li> <li>Plan, manage, and host regional events, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and webinars to engage prospects and customers</li> <li>Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in your territory</li> <li>Own and manage regional marketing budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact</li> <li>Represent Ripple Treasury at key industry conferences and trade associations</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Account-Based Marketing (ABM)</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Desig
