THE WORK:

Join Ripple Labs Inc. as an Trading and Markets Analyst in Miami, FL. You will be part of an ambitious team working to flawlessly develop world-class financial solutions. You will help invent the future of finance through collaboration and determination.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Price and execute client RFQs and block trades on the OTC desk, with a focus on crypto/fiat pairs

Manage our algorithmic trading and market-making bots: set parameters, track performance, and investigate feed, signal, and fills

Analyze trade and tick data in Python and SQL to track client spreads, execution quality, and P&L

Build and maintain desk tools: pricers, execution dashboards, liquidity and balance alerts, and AI-assisted query tools

Check daily desk reports and compare stablecoin pricing against FX (spot, D0, D1) to spot dislocations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

1–3 years of experience on an eFX trading desk, quantitative market-making desk, crypto OTC desk, or FIC structuring team handling RFQs

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical discipline

Demonstrated proficiency in Python for quantitative data processing, parsing tick data/WebSockets, and building trading and risk tools

Familiarity with FIX protocol, REST/WebSocket APIs, electronic order types, and automated spread-setting logic

Familiarity with algorithmic trading and market-making strategies

Strong communication skills with a focus on operational rigor and collaboration
