As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be the linchpin between our innovative technology and the financial aspirations of our esteemed clients. Your role transcends mere implementation; you will be a digital architect and a trusted advisor, carefully customizing solutions that enhance treasury operations to higher levels of efficiency.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Discovery &amp; Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements</li> <li>Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals</li> <li>Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes</li> <li>Implementation &amp; Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision</li> <li>Enablement &amp; Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BRING:&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or Treasury software implementations</li> <li>A consultative approach, challeng
