About the Role</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Sit on the front-office trading desk at the centre of 21shares' ETF/ETP business, with direct, ongoing exposure to how the firm's data, products, and market activity connect</li> <li>Work across three lenses on the desk's data: research (sourcing and structuring), reconciliation (validating accuracy against source systems), and performance (tracking and reporting on product and market activity), building and maintaining the underlying infrastructure via API and internal databases</li> <li>Independently identify gaps in data coverage or reporting and take ownership of resolving them, rather than working purely to a fixed task list</li> <li>Partner directly with product, research, and legal teams, translating data into outputs used both internally and externally</li> <li>Gain in-depth knowledge in crypto , trading, research, operat
