This role will play a critical role in building and scaling BitGo's institutional derivatives trading capabilities and will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated trading strategies across digital asset markets, managing significant risk exposures, and identifying opportunities to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of professional derivatives trading experience, a proven track record of trading and risk management across complex market environments, and a deep understanding of derivatives markets and market structure.
