This role is heavily focused on <strong>proactive talent discovery, market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and building strong talent pipelines</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will work closely with hiring managers and the broader recruiting team to understand hiring needs, identify the right talent pools, and proactively reach out to candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own <strong>proactive sourcing and headhunting</strong> for niche, specialized, and senior-level roles.</li> <li>Build targeted talent maps across companies, industries, technologies, and geographies.</li> <li>Identify and engage <strong>passive candidates</strong> through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels.</li> <li>Develop creative sourcing strategies for roles where traditional job postings have limited impact.</li> <li>Conduct detailed candidate research to understand skills, experience, career trajectory, and potential fit before outreach.</li> <li>Write personalized and compelling outreach messages that drive meaningful candidate engagement.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.</li> <li>Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent
