THE TEAM Kraken is looking for experienced recruiters across a multitude of geographies, to support Tech hiring across our global business. You will partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to craft and execute strategic hiring plans that crush timelines and attract mission-aligned top players, in a ruthless competitive market. THE OPPORTUNITY - Partner with Hiring Managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights - Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized requisitions with an eye on market intelligence and industry developments - Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken - Own the end-to-end recruitment process, operating as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires. When a search stalls, the market is rarely the reason.
