About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EU Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you will provide critical recruiting capacity and execution support across high-priority hiring tracks. Working closely under the guidance of our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will focus on active talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management. This is a hands-on opportunity to build end-to-end recruitment expertise in a high-velocity, global fintech and crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Generation

Execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3 communities, and job boards to build qualified candidate pipelines.

Conduct initial resume screening and qualifications matching against role requirements.

Reach out to prospective candidates with personalized messaging to drive engagement and response rates.

Recruitment Operations & Candidate Coordination

Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and gathering panel feedback.

Maintain clean, real-time data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
