This team drives proactive and reactive narratives that build trust, drive product awareness, and protect Coinbase's reputation across earned and owned channels. You'll define the communications approach for major product launches, advise product leadership on narrative strategy, and serve as the go-to communications partner for one of Coinbase's highest-visibility product groups.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end communications strategy for the Consumer &amp; Business product group, defining narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and trust across product launches, feature releases, and company announcements.</li> <li>Lead proactive media relations for your beat, cultivating relationships with crypto and mainstream press, pitching stories, and securing high-impact coverage that positions Coinbase's consumer products.</li> <li>Advise Consumer product leadership on communications strategy, preparing executives for media appearances with briefing documents, key messages, and anticipated Q&amp;A.</li> <li>Drive rapid-response communications and crisis management for issues related to consumer products, partnering with Legal, Policy, and senior leadership to deliver clear, timely narratives.</li> <li>Shape content across channels, including messaging frameworks, blog posts, social copy, and press materials, setting the quality bar and ensuring consistency with Coinbase's brand voi
